Emmanuel Presbyterian Reformed Church provides evangelism and community outreach in the New York Metro area, especially in the Bronx and Westchester, where most of its members reside. The Church is Chartered under the Constitutions of the Presbyterian Church, USA and the Reformed Church in America.

To uphold the centrality of the word of God, and through the enablement of the Holy Spirit adopt a Holistic development of her material resources to;
- Improve Church growth through evangelism and nature.
- Attain self-sufficiency through effective resource mobilization.
- Address all factors that inhibit development through advocacy and effective delivery of social service.
- Uphold the reformed tradition and cherish partnership with the worldwide body of Christ.
